I love easy hair styles, especially when the weather warms up. I never feel like fussing much with a hair dryer or curling iron. (Plus my hair dryer just broke so I need to go shopping for a new one!) This is a great style that I came up with, sort of going back to those old days of sponge curlers or rag rolls, but way faster…and without the Shirley Temple results. It’s my new go-to style for after an evening yoga class. And the best part about this style is that it can work overnight!
Start out with wet hair, and grab a handful of bobby pins. You don’t even have to comb your wet hair if you want to be extra lazy.
Roll your hair back into little twists.
Twist the ends of each piece into small rolls and pin them. Make sure you get it all tucked under so you don’t end up with stick-straight ends.
Wait a few hours (or overnight) and unpin your rolls for soft waves. No curling iron needed!
One thing to remember: distributed your hair as evenly as possible when you are rolling it up. This will keep the waves looking more natural.
Hope you get a chance to try out this style as the weather warms up! :) xx
